Walking on Water????

How many times have we heard about Peter walking on water? It is easy to think about how dumb it was to take his eyes off Christ. But when your on the BOAT (in your comfort zone) after the storm, are you willing to get out? He allows us to go through storms and sometimes we even think he is not there or he is asleep at the wheel of our life. Lets not forget that he can calm the waters of your life just by speaking it. We need to FOCUS and realize that fearing will get us no where. But as soon as we call on him he calms everything down. But as soon as we feel comfortable he gives us the desire to to get out of the comfort zone and search for him even more. When this happens we can do great things through Christ who strengthens us. But when we focus on those things we start to sink back into the the waters we were navigating in before. Then we start to fear that what Christ started to do with us, we won't be able to finish. That is when you have to cast FEAR out of your life take your mind captive to the obedience in Christ. When you do this you will walk right out of the situation you found yourself in and walk above it. Lets keep our eyes focused on Christ. And remember when you find yourself sinking in problems or with Fear. That when you keep your eyes on him he will get you through it in a super natural way while others watch in awe.

God spoke to NOAH and asked him to build and ARC. At the time the Lord asked him to do this it was a DRY time. Kind of like the DRY financial crisis the world is going through today. God is asking us to prepare in the mist of this DROUGHT because he wants to save us and take us into a FLOOD of his anointing, his power, and yes his prosperity. GOD is not a GOD of a puddle but he is a GOD of living waters, a GOD of over and abundance, a GOD of a FLOOD in your life.Like NOAH we must start to listen to the promises and the instructions that GOD is giving us or has given us. You must start to walk, talk, and live towards what GOD has told you that your going to see, conquer, and own. The word of GOD says that we will be a Desirable land. A desert is not a desired land. But a land that flows with milk and honey,everyone wants. You have been called to be a desirable land.

Him or Us.

God brings us to a moment where he makes us choose Who, we want to live our lives Him or US. We have to learn to discern the moment. This moment usually comes in a form of an opportunity or a test. Many of us see it when its a TEST but how many of us see it when its an OPPORTUNITY? The bible says

I no longer live but Christ lives in me

How many can say this is true for their lives? Are you sure? We get so cluttered with "LIFE" that we don't let Christ live in us. What happens is we contrite the Holy Spirit and then we realize Wow I haven't seen a vision is a while, I haven't felt the presence of God how I used to, Or even you realize your NOW in a TEST. So I ask you this Morning to Pray and ask GOD to give you spiritual discernment and to show you when HE has an Opportunity or a Test for your life. Let us pray and have GOD tell us what he wants for our life instead of making the common mistake of telling Him what we want HIM to do. LET HIM GUIDE YOU.

I woke up today Thinking

I woke up today Thinking about what Prophet of God Jaime Chavez was preaching at Jesucristo El Restaurador (JER) on Friday night. He said something that touched my spirit. He said

Abraham Walked, Christ rode on a donkey, and we are of this time we will fly on a jet.

When he said this it stirred something inside of me because God has been speaking this same thing to me but in another topic. God showed me That Billy Graham Went to the Nations to spread the Gospel, Joel Osteen Got on Nation and International Television to spread the Gospel, But we have the WORLD at our finger tips with the internet. We need to learn HOW to use these resources to the best of our ability. So we can reach people that are thousands of miles away and need a word of encouragement or need recognize Christ as their Lord and Savior.

God has been soooooooo faithful! We are ever the more expectant on what God has in store for our church family here at Weston. Our spirits were filled today with a new hope for the city of Weston. Faith arose in each one of us that were able to make it to tonight's service. I can still hear the words of Apostle sounding in my ear regarding the conviction placed in his heart regarding the city of Weston and where he is taking us. A new hope to continue to hold on and trust in an all powerful, trustworthy, unwavering God. We are moving from miracle seekers to miracle makers. We are going from seeking out the prophetic for direction to seeking out the prophetic for confirmation of the word already spoken to us individually. We have a personal God who wants us to have breakfast with him every morning, ask him to meet us at lunch, sit down with us at brunch, walk with us and talk with us up until dinner, give us advice until the night, have a conversation with us at night and give us divine revelation even as we sleep. He's an everywhere, all-the-time God. The Bible calls him Jehovah Shamah. The God that is with us. We learned to seek the dream-giver instead of the dream, the vision instiller, instead of only the vision, and the destiny creator instead of only the destiny. Psalm 127:1 states "Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.". Always remember to not just include God in your plans but ask him to show you his plan and then ask him for wisdom and understanding on how to carry it out. Proverbs 3:5 &6 says" Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him,and He shall direct your paths". Trust him and start living out your destiny today. God bless you.
